• Product Article and SKU Synchronisation — When a product article is created or updated in Resourced, all colour and size variants are retrieved and written to Business Central items, carrying article number, SKU number, EAN, colour, size, product name, and description.
• Product Grouping and Variant Handling — When any article in a product group changes, all sibling articles in the group are identified and synchronised together, keeping variant relationships consistent in Business Central.
• Supplier and Logistics Data — Supplier number, country of origin, gross and net weight, and tariff codes are carried through to Business Central item attributes, supporting procurement and customs workflows.
• Seasonal and Commercial Metadata — Season names, first and last season, and delivery drop dates are synchronised to Business Central, giving commercial and planning teams direct visibility of product availability timelines.
• Status-Based Filtering — Synchronisation can be scoped by article status in Resourced, so only approved or production-ready articles are written to Business Central.
