• Sales Orders and Consignments — Sales orders and consignments are sent to Ongoing WMS, with warehouse order IDs written back to Business Central.
• Purchase Orders and Return Orders — Purchase orders and return orders are sent to Ongoing WMS, with warehouse references written back to Business Central.
• Production Orders — Production and assembly orders are sent to Ongoing WMS, with order references written back to Business Central.
• Article and Price Synchronisation — Articles, prices, dangerous goods data, and configurable attributes are synced between Business Central and Ongoing WMS.
• Shipment Confirmation — Tracking details and carrier codes flow back to Business Central when an order ships, with shipment labels optionally fetched and attached.
• Order and Purchase Order Status Tracking — Status changes in Ongoing WMS — including cancellations and deletions — are reflected on sales and purchase orders in Business Central.
• Order Updates and Editing Control — Customer service can modify orders in Business Central and push changes to Ongoing WMS before picking starts in the warehouse.
• Returns Processing — Return orders flow in both directions — from Business Central to Ongoing WMS for processing, or back to Business Central when goods are returned in the warehouse.
• Goods Receipt Confirmation — Received purchase order lines post a purchase receipt in Business Central; return-type orders produce a sales return receipt instead.
• Item Tracking — Lot numbers, serial numbers, and expiry dates are sent to Ongoing WMS with orders and written back to Business Central when goods are picked, received, or stock is adjusted.
• Inventory Adjustments and Movements — Stock adjustments, reclassifications, and warehouse moves in Ongoing WMS post as inventory transactions in Business Central.
• Production Order Completion — Completed production orders in Ongoing WMS have their finished status pushed to Business Central.
