What It Does
- Item Master Synchronisation — Item descriptions, units of measure, weights, volume, dimensions, and attributes are kept in sync between Business Central and NoWaste, including unit-of-measure conversion factors and configurable attribute mappings per packaging level.
- Sales Orders — Confirmed sales orders are sent to NoWaste for picking and dispatch, with order type, transaction type, priority, and customer routing resolved through configurable mappings.
- Purchase Orders and Consignments — Incoming purchase orders and consignments are forwarded to NoWaste so warehouse staff know what goods to expect and can book receipts correctly, including pallet line details and customs information where applicable.
- Shipment Confirmation — When NoWaste dispatches a sales order, a pick report is sent back to Business Central and a shipment record is created automatically, capturing delivery dates, quantities, and tracking details without manual entry.
- Goods Received — When NoWaste books in a purchase receipt, a goods received report is posted back to Business Central, keeping inventory levels and financial records accurate as soon as stock arrives at the warehouse.
- Returns Processing — Product return reports from NoWaste flow into Business Central as return order confirmations, enabling credit notes and inventory adjustments to be handled directly from incoming warehouse data.
- Order Status Tracking — NoWaste sends delivery status updates as orders progress through the warehouse, and the status code and a human-readable description are written back to the corresponding order in Business Central.
- Inventory Adjustments and Reconciliation — Stock adjustments from NoWaste are forwarded to Business Central as inventory transactions, and full reconciliation reports are processed in configurable batches to keep quantities aligned across all warehouse locations.
