What It Does
- Product Catalog Publishing — Item catalogue data is exported from Business Central, rendered using configurable templates, and uploaded to Neteven per locale — covering multi-language catalogues in a single operation.
- Price Management — Sales prices are synchronised to Neteven as CSV files grouped by currency code, keeping marketplace pricing aligned with Business Central without manual steps.
- Inventory Synchronisation — Available-to-sell quantities are pushed to Neteven in a batch call, with any rejected lines logged individually so discrepancies can be investigated without blocking the rest of the update.
- Shipment Confirmation — When a shipment is posted in Business Central, carrier name, tracking number, tracking URL, and shipment date are reported back to Neteven line by line, keeping marketplace fulfilment status accurate.
- Returns and Refunds — Posted return receipts trigger a refund call to Neteven per order line, submitting quantity, amount, and return reason automatically — with acceptance or rejection configurable per reason code.
- Sales Order Import — Marketplace orders are downloaded from Neteven, enriched via the Neteven API, grouped by warehouse, and submitted as sales orders in Business Central — new orders are acknowledged immediately to prevent duplicate imports.
- Return Order Import — Return orders are downloaded from Neteven, enriched, and submitted to Business Central as return orders grouped by warehouse, with files cleared from the transfer channel after successful processing.
