What It Does

• Article Master Data — Item records created or updated in Business Central are synchronised to Nedap Retail with the full article definition — name, brand, category, season, colour, size, gender, supplier, barcode, and images. The GTIN assigned by Nedap Retail is written back to Business Central, keeping both systems consistently aligned.
• Sales Prices — Price changes in Business Central are pushed to the corresponding articles in Nedap Retail without overwriting unrelated prices. Each Business Central price list maps to a Nedap region code, supporting multi-region and multi-currency price structures.
• ERP Stock Snapshots — Item balances from Business Central are submitted to Nedap Retail as ERP stock snapshots, providing the reference figures used to generate RFID difference lists. Balances are grouped by location using configurable location code mappings.
• Approved Difference List Import — Once a stock count is reviewed and approved in Nedap Retail, the approved difference list is imported into Business Central as an inventory transaction of type Stock Taking. Only explicitly approved GTIN lines are included, and each document carries a flag indicating whether the count was partial.
